Great service, great vibes, the guy serving me hit his head, hope he’s alright!
I want to know why the session is so loud. I have hearing aids and today (Book Club 2) I had to take them out and it was still too loud. The theatre wasn't full .only a handful of people, so no crowd to soak up the sound. Surely you can turn it down to accommodate the customers. I'm not the only one to complain.where is your level of sound to adhere to the number of people attending,? I have played in a band for fifty years and we would get complaints if we were that loud. I love the movies but it's just too loud. The theatre is excellent and clean. Just this one fault which can be rectified.
